STEP 2

Tap “Claim Now” on the activity page.

STEP 3

Tap “Redeem Now” to complete your claim.

The steps describe the existing Events, Claim Now and Redeem Now controls. An offer appears only when its current conditions apply to your account. Check the amount, expiry, eligible games and withdrawal conditions in the event terms; an old RM10 banner does not confirm current availability. See promotion guidance before participating.

Check your top up history quickly in just a few simple steps.

STEP 1

Tap “Lobby” at the bottom of the app.

STEP 2

Tap “Top Up” in the middle of the app.

STEP 3

Tap “Record List” at the top right corner.

STEP 4

Select the history record you want to view.

Read the status and keep a reference

Open the relevant record and check the amount, date and status. Keep the reference if you need to follow up. A submitted or pending entry does not by itself mean the payment or reward has completed. If a record is missing, confirm that you are viewing the right account and date range, then contact support. Avoid repeating the same transaction while its status is unclear.
