U2 Login
How to sign in to your U2 account
Use your existing account details. If access fails, check the error message before requesting recovery or contacting support.
Before signing in
Check the website address and use the account details you registered. Avoid sharing passwords or entering them into links sent by unknown contacts. If the embedded account screen does not load, use the existing login link on this site or ask support for help.
If the password is rejected
Check spelling and keyboard settings once, then use the recovery option shown on the account screen. Repeated guesses can make recovery harder. Do not create another account to work around a login problem.
If a verification message does not arrive
Check the registered number and whether your phone can receive messages. Follow any waiting period shown before requesting another code. If your number has changed or is inactive, contact support for the required recovery process.
If the account screen fails to load
Try refreshing once and check your connection and browser version. Record the error and device details if the issue persists. Do not install an unknown file or disable browser security to force access.
New to U2? Read the registration guide. For device access, see download instructions.
Account recovery and login questions
Prepare the device, time and error message when asking for help. Never include a password or verification code in a support conversation.
Can I use another person’s phone number?
Use accurate account details that you control. If you no longer have access to the registered number, request recovery through support rather than asking someone else to receive account codes.
What information helps support?
Describe the failed step, device and browser, and the exact error. Include a redacted screenshot if useful. Send identity documents only through the verified process requested for your account.
What should I check after recovery?
Review the registered details and recent account activity. Change a reused password and sign out on shared devices. Report unfamiliar transactions through customer support.
